Onboarding

Easy 8 step process

We can have your team up and running in as little as 10 working days

1. Discovery

This is a short 20 – 30 minute virtual meeting to identify areas of opportunity and support, as well as discuss desired skillsets.

2. Candidate Presentation

This is an introductory Zoom call where you will meet the candidate or team best suitable for the support structure. You can interview to ensure perfect fit. This session is at no cost or obligation for you to move forward with us.

3. Offer Letter

If happy with Step 2, we will send out an offer letter to the selected candidate with a start date of your choosing.

4. Agreements & Billing

We will share our agreements to go through and process the paperwork.

5. Integration

In this session we will discuss what platforms need to be installed on the team members machine if any before the date of commencement. Any tools for success will be noted and actioned. You will also need to provide access for the team member.

6. Launch Day

This is the official day 1, which will begin with a meeting including the team and their direct line of report from your office. We will discuss expectations and from there the team is now part of your office.

7. KPI Metrics

At this stage we will require the client to share any KPI’s they expect measured and our team will work to create a bi weekly summarised dashboard report. Using the SMART methodology.

8. Check Ins

We will set a cadence for performance check ins either, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Any necessary measures to course correct will be taken in real time.
